Insurance and Billing
At this time we are in network with Colorado Medicaid (Colorado Access and Colorado Community Health Alliance) and Aetna. We are able to provide an invoice or Super Bill for you to send to your health insurance provider as an out of network providers. We accept all major credit/debit cards/HSA cards.
